How do I place an order?
To place an order with us:

  1. Select a product
  2. Add to the shopping cart
  3. View the cart
  4. Proceed to checkout

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Aria Moda’s Gift Card. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Credit card payments are managed by 2Checkout, our business partner.
Why has my payment declined?
If your payment has been declined, please check the following:

  • Is there a spending limit on your card?*
  • Are your card details correct including security code and expiry date?
  • Does your address match the details held by your card provider?
  • Has the card you are trying to pay with expired?
  • Have you checked your card has sufficient funds?

*The most common reason for decline is a transaction limit set by your bank by default. If you have been rejected several times, feel free to contact your bank to see if the limit is a problem.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and availability of the purchased product. Typically, items leave our warehouse within 3 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after they have shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

What are my delivery options?
All items are sent via DHL absolutely free of charge. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 full business days after it has shipped.
Where do you deliver?
We now deliver our products to over 225 countries worldwide. Simply select your country when filling out the shipping information on checkout.
Can I return my items?
We hope you love everything you buy from us!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aria Moda, then we’re fine with that too. The FASTEST way to get a refund or exchange for your item is to return it to us within 30 days of receiving the goods (sale items within 15 days).

What are my return options?
You have 3 options when returning:

  1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Returns must be received within 30 days from the date when you received any items you bought to be eligible for a refund. But, there are 2 more alternatives:
  2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of the items. Exchanges are always free!
  3. Store Credit: We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your receipt date, you can receive a The Cadence’s store credit for the amount of your return that you can use toward finding something else you’ll love.
